Job role: Senior Account Manager Reporting to: Account Director Department: Client Services Location: Hybrid / Leeds Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum About the job: The Senior Account Manager is a client-centric, project-driven role responsible for delivering successful campaigns and driving client growth while meeting financial targets. This position involves fostering strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues at The Onlii. You’ll likely lead a team of account handlers, ensuring client expectations are consistently exceeded within deadlines and budgets. Key Responsibilities: Client and Project Management Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth project delivery. Write and deliver detailed briefs for the Creative and Artwork teams. Lead client meetings and presentations, capturing key actions and proposing solutions. Internal Communication and Insights Regularly engage with colleagues to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement. Proactively suggest ways to enhance The Onlii’s positive impact and reduce clients’ environmental footprints. Business Growth and Networking Visit clients in the UK and internationally to strengthen relationships. Represent The Onlii on LinkedIn through posting and engagement. Attend networking events and use your pro-bono allowance to support impactful projects. Collaborate with the Client Director to forecast finances and pursue new business aligned with company strategy. Leadership and Team Development Lead performance reviews and provide feedback for the Client Services team in alignment with company values.
